Scratchu Collection (Pre-designed) Orders
Each Scratchu Collection design is fixed and comes in specific nail shapes carefully chosen by the artist to complement the design. Please note that every nail is hand-drawn, resulting in unique variations for each set.
The product images displayed online are for reference purposes only. The final product may have slight differences in color, design, or details due to the handmade nature of our craftsmanship. We appreciate your understanding that no two sets will be identical, which adds to the charm and individuality of each creation.
Customised Design Orders
The prices provided for custom nails are estimates only. The final quoted price may vary depending on the specific design requirements. To receive an exact price quote, please submit the custom order form.
Each custom nail set includes an initial draft sketch and 1 final revision for your review. The draft sketch will only be provided once full payment has been received. Any additional revisions beyond the one final revision will incur a fee of SGD 5 per revision.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be processed according to the delivery schedule selected during checkout. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Upon shipment, you will receive a picture proof of the parcel along with a tracking number for your reference.
Scratchu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or issues that occur once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, including lost packages or delivery to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
No Refunds or Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase.

Improper application or removal of the nails.
Sizing Disclaimer
Incorrect sizing is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Updates to Terms & Conditions
Scratchu reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated through official channels.
