How long will the delivery take? Do you guys ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide! 🎉 Our head office is based in Singapore, and local deliveries usually take about 3-5 business days after we ship out your order.
For international shipments, it typically takes around 20 business days from shipping. But don’t worry—reach out to our team for the most accurate delivery timeline. We’re committed to getting those fabulous nails to you as soon as possible! 💅🏻✨

If I place my order today, when can I expect it to be shipped?
If you place your order before 11am, it will be processed on the same day. The shipment date will depend on the shipping schedule you choose. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next business day.
Please note that the lead time for shipment will start once your order is processed.

If I got the wrong size, can I do an exchange?
Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t offer 1-for-1 exchanges, but don’t worry! It’s normal for standard-sized nails to not fit perfectly since everyone’s nails are unique. If they’re a bit bigger than your natural nail, please gently file the sides down using the nail file provided in the toolkit!
In the event if we’ve sent you the wrong size for standard size orders, we’ll be happy to arrange a 1-for-1 exchange right at your doorstep! 🫶🏻
