The final quoted price may vary depending on the specific design requirements. - To receive an exact price quote, please submit the order form. Custom Nail Set Design Process: - Each custom nail set includes an initial draft sketch and ONE final revision for your review. - The draft sketch will only be provided once full payment has been received. - Any additional revisions beyond the one final revision will incur a fee of SGD 5 per revision. Refund Policy: - All purchases are final and non-refundable. Shipping and Delivery: - For all custom orders, we aim to process and ship orders according to the selected delivery schedule.. - Shipping times may vary depending on your location. - Upon shipment, you will receive a picture proof of the parcel along with a tracking number for your reference. - We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. - We are not liable for any issues related to local or international delivery.
